This is also how Bloody Pottery got its name. Pottery is unpredictable and raw, much like life itself. There are moments when the clay seems to flow effortlessly, and we think, “Bloody hell, this is genius!” And then there are days when everything goes wrong—pieces crack, glazes run, or nothing survives the kiln—and all we can say is, “Bloody hell, not again.” It’s a name that reflects the highs, the lows, and the perfectly imperfect reality of what we do.
Now, we continue crafting, learning, and experimenting in our small home studio (with our dog as the honorary studio assistant). We balance the chaos of full-time jobs with the creative chaos of ceramics, dreaming of the day we’ll have a proper studio of our own. For now, you’ll find us selling at local markets in Cyprus, planning our first exhibition, and building our next collection—one piece at a time.
This is just the beginning of our adventure, and we’re so excited to share it with you. Stay tuned for our next collection—it’s coming soon!
